YOUR THOUGHTS

My roots trace back to Asia Minor, and I was raised in a family where the air was always filled with the aromas of spices, syrups, and freshly baked sweets. My grandparents owned pastry shops, and from an early age, I was immersed in the rich, sweet traditions of the East. As I grew up, I took a different path for a while, dedicating myself to competitive rowing, eventually becoming a national-level athlete. My passion for the human body and performance led me to study at the University, where I earned a degree in Sports Science. After my studies, I traveled extensively, living in various parts of the world. I didn’t just visit — I stayed, I listened, I cooked. I embraced the local cultures and learned their culinary secrets firsthand, cooking side by side with locals in their kitchens and markets. Eventually, I returned to Greece and settled on the island of Paros, where I opened my own restaurant — a place where I could blend my heritage, my athletic discipline, and my global experiences into a unique dining experience. Over time, my work became more personal and intimate. The last 10 years I transitioned into a private chef, offering tailored culinary experiences that reflect my journey — from the sweet streets of my childhood to the far corners of the world. - Stella
